When you begin to take control of your life to feel more fulfilled and happy, you often realise it’s not about the house, the amount you earn or the studio you have. These goals are great, but true fulfillment comes from inside.
I know this can sound a little wishy washy, but this has been the biggest lesson towards me finding tons of contentment and happiness in my life.
No matter how many goals I set and achieved, there was always a feeling of not having enough, or fear of it being taken away.
When i work on what really matters – the internal – this is when my life starts to feel easier.

- Do other museum visitors seem to be gathering around one particular work of art? - When I observe the people, are they mostly alone or in groups? - Do people look like they are engaged in looking at the art? - How are people spending most of their time: reading labels or actually looking at art?
Triptych art is made up of three pieces or panels. Often used to impart narrative, create a sequence, or show different elements of the same subject matter, since its conception, the triptych has continued to add a new dimension to visual art.
- Who is your audience? It helps to have someone in mind when you are writing. - How can you clarify what your work is about, how can you make your work easier to understand? - If you are exploring, uncertain, or struggling to nd the meaning of your work, suitable media, a focus, etc.
Essential Questions: (a) How do life experiences influence the way you relate to art? (b) How does learning about art impact how we perceive the world? (c) What can we learn from our responses to art? Enduring Understanding: Visual imagery influences understanding of, and responses to, the world.
What's the main idea of this artwork? What in it makes you think that? What title would you give this artwork and why? When you learned the title of the artwork, how did you associate the words with what you see in front of you?
"What is the artist saying?" This question delves into the deeper meaning or message the artist is trying to convey through their artwork. By examining the subject matter, symbols, or visual elements, you can interpret the artist's intent or explore potential themes and concepts.
