Concert in the Woods is Saturday night at Camp Robin Rogers, a fund-raiser for the Association for Retarded Citizens of Allen County. "We're going to have the biggest bonfire in Allen County out there in case it's a little nippy," said Josh Ebling, executive director of the ARC of Allen County.

The event features three bands, with music beginning at 4 p.m. Local bands Three Stools and a Bar and Stuffed Undies will perform with The 1 Hallow, a Cincinnati band. Each band will play about an hour and a half, Ebling said. The bands will entertain under a tent, with tables and chairs set up for listeners. Beer, drinks and food will be available.

Smith Lima CLARENCE COLLINS, 82, died at 1:40 p.m. Sept. 18, 2002, at St. Rita's Medical Center. He was born Feb.

20, 1920, in Breathitt County, to William and Willia Miller Collins, who preceded him in death. On May 20, 1945, he married Maraline Teckenbrock, who survives. Mr. Collins retired in 1984 as an assembler for Westinghouse after 36 years. He was a member of St.

Luke Lutheran Church. He was an Army veteran of World War IL. Survivors also include a son, Lonnie Collins of Lima; a daughter, Pat (Dan) Mills of Lima; four brothers, Carmet "Dock" Collins of Rousseau, Jack (Marie) Collins of Knox, Earl (Flora) Collins of Rolling Prairie, and Clem (Fern) Collins of DuQuoin, two sisters, Carrie Collins of Knox, and Wanda Mann of Greenup, and two grandchildren, Jason and Jeff Mills. Sept. 17, 2002, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. He was born Sept. 26, 1913, in Cairo to Nathaniel Harrison and Nancy I'Dell Buckland Knepper, who preceded him in death. On Feb.

15, 1938, he married Hazel Tousley, who survives. Mr. Knepper retired in 1975 from Sylvania Electric, Ottawa. He attended Pandora Church of Christ. He was a member of the Horsem*n's Association and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2234, both in Ottawa.

She was a graduate of Crawfis College. He enjoyed gardening. Survivors also include a son, Ronald P. (Carolyn) Knepper of DeLand, and two grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Russell, Ralph and Eleah Knepper; and a sister, Betty Wells.
