Yall im losing my mind. Is there a leap or regression or anything at 8 weeks? My baby has not stopped screaming all day. No fever she’s eating peeing pooping all regularly she’s just miserable. I’m about at my wits end.

Yessss going through this. Every day has been different this week. Screaming crying all day, then sleeping the whole day, then awake and happy the next day, it’s been a whirlwind over here and it’s exhausting. Also refusing to be happy in the car seat.

@ACE0504,
yes!! Literally just had to call out of my toddlers gymnastics class tonight because I can’t even get her in the car seat. I do not remember this with my first but glad I’m not the only one going through it I feel like it’s too early for teeth or rolling??

Download the wonder weeks app. It tells you when their leaps begin and end.

My baby started crying non stop around 9.5w, out of nowhere. It turned out she has silent reflux, which was weird because it didn’t seem to bother her at all before that.

So relatable. All my baby has wanted to do today was eat and sleep. If we tried to play/read books/do anything other than eat or sleep he’d cry. He’d be super happy after eating as he fell asleep but when he’d wake up the cycle started again. There is a leap around week 7-9 so I’m assuming that’s a factor

Oh gosh. Week eight was so hard for me and LO. Crinkle toys and black-and-white books really helped! Sometimes taking her outside would help, other times we were just both crying the whole walk. There is a shushing playlist on Apple Music and Spotify, also very helpful.
