Buyaparcel UK Deliveries - Couriers We currently use three different delivery methods depending on the size, weight and number of items you order from us. These are: All small items under approx 1.5-2.0kg will be sent via second class post (Economy delivery). Delivery is normally within 3-4 days of despatch but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please note - items over 1.4m are manually handled through sortation, this can cause the item to take up to 48hrs to be delivered. If you goods are being delivered on a pallet, you will need to sign for this. A pallet delivery is sent on a standard 2 day delivery service once this has been booked in by a member of the team. Once you inform a member our team, you can then return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the goods. Items returned after 30 days or with poor condition packaging will be subject to a deduction of 15% restocking fee. • Carriage charges for returning unwanted parcels or items ordered in error are at your expense, we cannot be held responsible for this. • Please use a traceable service, otherwise there is a possibility the courier could misdeliver your goods and your parcel will not be relocated. Damaged/Incorrect Goods: If you need to return an item due to an error we have made or because your item is damaged, please contact our team within 7 working days* who will resolve this with you (*this varies per courier). Faulty Goods: If your item arrives faulty, you must report it to us within 24 hours. The item can then be collected and refunded or replaced.
