Popular New York-based ice cream parlor chain Van Leeuwen will open its doors in Crystal City in few short days.
Located at 269 19th Court S., the shop’s grand opening is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, the company announced. Itwill offer $1 scoops from 3-5 p.m. as part of the festivities, while the first 100 customers will receive Van Leeuwen-branded tote bags.
