Now, Hall has lasted his Los Feliz, California home for $4.85 million, $675,000 more than he paid for the space in 2013. Only time will tell if the sale will be successful this time around though, considering he did try to sell the house in 2014 as well.

Ellen Degeneres may be the most well-known celebrity house flipper, with several successful flips under her belt. But her most lucrative flip came in July 2014, when she sold LA's famed Brody House to Sean Parker for $55 million, $15 million more than she paid just six months prior. The architecture-loving star also just repurchased a home she originally flipped in 2007.

Jeremy Renner and his business partner Kristoffer Winters have successfully bought and sold several homes over the years, including a home in Nicholas Canyon and another home in Hollywood, according to The Wrap. And since 2010, his work in house flipping has been showcased on the DIY Network's show "The Vanilla Ice Project." The former rapper told Time.com he has made millions flipping houses, and doesn't even know how many houses he owns off the top of his head.

Tobey Maguire is currently in the process of flipping this plantation-style home in Brentwood, which he bought less than a year ago for $8.45 million. The "Spiderman" star has listed the 6-bedroom, 5-and-a-half bath mansion for $10.25 million.

Kourtney Kardashian's main man, Scott Disick, is also looking to jump on the celebrity house flipping band wagon. He recently purchased a five-bedroom home in Beverly Hills for $3.69 million, and sources told US Weekly he intends to renovate and flip the property.
